Following the Government's announcement that only vulnerable children and those of critical workers can attend school, you will find Remote Learning on this page. Please keep in touch with your child's teacher via Class Dojo and don't forget about the daily Zoom sessions!
The year group pages will be updated each week and in some cases daily.
Children can complete learning in the back of their Home Learning Book, on paper or in one of the exercise books sent home previously. Additional exercise books can be collected from the main entrance of the school too.
We are celebrating World Book Day on 4th March. Below you will find the resources that the children will use on Thursday.
If you're after something extra to at home, why not learn some new skills? The Badge Book was created by the Deputy Head and staff at North Borough Junior School but they have kindly agreed to let us share it with you. It works in a similar way to Cub Scouts and Brownies in that children complete the activities and earn badges. There is a wide variety of choices (50 in total!) ranging from the Lego badge to the party planning badge. Any that are completed with evidence can be brought to school and badges can be earned. Please feel free to adapt for younger children as these have been written for Key Stage 2 children.
Please date the attached record sheet once each stage is completed. We have printed some of these and put them in the school front entrance should you not have access to a printer.
Whilst your children are learning at home, they may be accessing online materials more frequently. To help them remain safe, CEOP have published some new age appropriate materials. These can be accessed on our Online Safety page here.
