I’d like to congratulate our Year 6 pupils this week, who’ve been incredibly resilient during their SATs! They’ve all worked very hard this year (and in the years before!) and should feel extremely proud of their achievements. We hope they will now be able to enjoy some of the excitement that the final weeks of primary school brings! I will shortly being holding a meeting for Year 6 parents who wish to support in the planning and preparation of their leavers party.

The Summer Term is always a busy one with lots going on both in and out of school. Keep an eye on the website for upcoming events.

Sports Day is planned for Wednesday 7th June (weather permitting!). Details are on the back of the newsletter. This year’s events will      follow the traditional Sports Day format of children rotating around a variety of activities.

The PTFA are busy planning this year’s Summer Fair which takes place on Saturday 8th July. As always, this can only take place with significant support from parents, so please look out for fliers and posters asking for your help. Even the offer of 30 minutes would make a difference.
